Ingredients
Sautéed cabbage with pork cubes and fried tofu
 
1/2 kilo tofu
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 cup cubed pork liempo
1 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce 
1/4 cup catsup
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups shredded Chinese cabbage
1 pack 7g Aji-Ginisa™ Flavor Seasoning Mix
2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in
1 tablespoon water
 
 
Procedure
FRY. Sliced tofu and fry until golden. Set aside.
SAUTE. In a pan, heat oil and sauté pork liempo until brown. Add water, soy sauce and catsup.
SEASON. Put the vegetables and sprinkle Aji-Ginisa™.
SIMMER until vegetables are half-cooked.
•THICKEN with cornstarch mixture. Mix well and cook until done.
•SERVE. Top with fried tofu and serve on a sizzling plate.
