  • Albondigas Soup
Ingredients
1/2 kilo ground beef
1/4 cup cooked long grain rice
1 piece egg
1 tablespoon cilantro
1/4 cup ice cold water
3 cups beef broth
2 pieces ripe tomatoes, peeled
1/4 cup diced celery
1/3 cup diced carrot
3/4 cup diced potato
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 packs 7g Aji-Ginisa™ Flavor Seasoning Mix
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Aji-no-moto® Umami Seasoning

Procedure

•COMBINE. In a bowl, combine ground beef, rice, egg and cilantro.
•SEASON. Sprinkle 1 pack 7 grams AJI-GINISA FLAVOR SEASONING MIX and blend thoroughly. Add ice cold water.
•SHAPE. Mash and form into balls. Set aside.
•SEASON. In a large saucepan, combine broth and vegetables. Add Aji-Ginisa™ and soy sauce and sprinkle  Aji-no-moto®  .
•SIMMER. Add meatballs and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30- 40 minutes stirring occasionally.

Makes 6-8 servings.
