  • Asian-Style Veggies and Tofu Soup
Ingredients
Find comfort while you lose weight!  Slurp this heart warming shrimp flavored soup with a hefty serving of nutrient dense vegetables.
 
150 grams broccoli florets
150 grams shitake mushroom caps, sliced thickly
100 grams carrots, sliced thinly
2 cups water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
250 grams tofu
1 pack 7g AJI-GINISA FLAVOR SEASONING MIX (Shrimp Flavor)
Procedure
•BOIL. In a large saucepan, combine everything except broccoli and tofu. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Add tofu and broccoli cook further for 3 minutes.
•SEASON. Add AJI-GINISA (Shrimp Flavor), stir and remove from heat.
•SERVE HOT.
