2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons sliced onions
1 tablespoon crushed ginger
1 cup shredded yellow corn
3 cups water
3 cups halaan
2 cups malunggay leaves
1 pack 6g Aji-Shio® Seasoning Mix with Pepper
- SAUTE. In a pan, heat oil and sauté© onions, ginger and corn.
- BOIL. Add water and bring to a boil. Cook until corn is tender. Add halaan and cook for 10 minutes.
- SEASON. Add malunggay leaves and sprinkle Aji-Shio®
- SIMMER. Continue simmering for another minute.
- SERVE HOT.
