Ingredients

2 kutsara (30 ml) Mantika
5 piraso (250 grams) Tokwa
1/2 tasa (125 mL) Toyo
1/2 tasa (125 mL) Suka
1 kutsara (12 grams) Bawang, pino
1 piraso Dahon ng Laurel
2 kutsarita (4 grams) Paminta, Durog
2 kutsarita (6 grams) Asukal, Pula
1 pakete (30 grams) Sarsaya®  Oyster Sauce 
1/2 kutsarita (2 grams) Aji-Shio®  Pepper 

Side dish:
500 grams Okra, pinasingaw
1 pakete (30 grams)  Sarsaya Oyster Sauce 

Preparation

Sapat para sa 3 na tao (Matanda, Babae, edad 19-59 gulang)
Size per serving: 2 piraso ng tokwa (120 grams), 1 tasa ng Okra (90 grams)

Meal Serving Idea: 1 tasa ng kanin, 2 piraso ng Adobong Tokwa, 1 cup ng Steamed Okra, at Isang mansanas

Procedure:
1. Iprito sa mainit na mantika ang tokwa hanggang maging golden brown at itabi pansamantala.
2. Sa parehas na kawali ihalo ang toyo, suka, bawang, laurel, paminta, asukal, Aji-Shio®  Pepper, at Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce. Pakuluin hanggang lumapot ang sabaw.
3. Ihalo pabalik ang tokwa.
4. Pasingawan ang okra at ihain kasama ang Sarsaya®  Oyster Sauce 

Cooking Notes

Sa pag-prito ng tokwa, alisin ang sobrang mantika sa pamamagitan ng paglalagay nito sa strainer o plato na may table napkin pagkatapos mag-prito.
