1 teaspoon, 2g Chili Flakes
1 cup, 240g Chicken Breast, sliced
5 cups, 1000g Rice, cooked
1 tablespoon, 15ml Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon, 2g Pepper, ground
1/2 teaspoon, 2.5g Salt
1 pack, 7g AJI-GINISA® Flavor All Seasoning Mix
5 pcs Eggs, sunny side up
1/2 cup, 104g Cucumber, sliced

Preparation and Cooking time: 1 hour

Procedure

  1. SAUTÉ onion and garlic. Add shrimp paste, chili flakes,chicken breast and cooked until tender. Add rice, soy sauce, pepper, salt and AJI-GINISA® . Cook for 3-5 minutes . Set aside.
  2. FRY egg ( sunny side up) then set aside.
  3. ASSEMBLE rice and chicken mixture on the plate alongside with the egg and sliced cucumber.
  4. SERVE and enjoy!
