1 Tablespoon (5 grams) Coriander leaves, chopped

Procedure

  1. SAUTÉ. In a pan heat oil, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until tender. Add rice and blend well.
  2. SEASON. Add AJI-NO-MOTO® and soy sauce, mix well.
  3. SERVE. Transfer to a serving plate, top with coriander leaves, serve and enjoy.
