It’s never too early to plan for your Noche Buena feast. No matter how simple or special your plans are for this year’s Christmas, just remember two things: Safety first, and great Noche Buena handaan second!

To help you prepare a memorable and delightful Noche Buena for the family this year, let’s have a rundown of delicious, easy-to-make Pinoy Noche Buena menu ideas that you can cook up like a pro! And who knows, Santa might decide to stay for a bite or two!

BEEF STEAK ROLL UPS

Beef Steak Roll Ups

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour 20 minutes

Roll up your sleeves! It’s time to create this meaty, mouthwatering Filipino dish that would easily be the highlight of your Noche Buena feast—Beef Steak Roll Ups! Juicy, flavorful with a fresh vegetable center that balances the flavors out, making every bite of this meaty main dish a wonderful surprise.

To start, top your beef slices with carrots and fresh beans—make sure not to overload the filling! Season it all nicely with AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix, then it’s time to roll! Roll each beef slice tightly and secure it with kitchen twine. Pop these rolls into the refrigerator to keep it all firm and ready for cooking!

ALIGUE RICE

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Dahil Noche Buena, dapat kanin pa lang, ulam na! Try this Pinoy fried rice recipe that is restaurant-quality delicious! You can never go wrong with aligue, so heat up your pans and let’s start cooking!

Saut é your onions, garlic, ginger, and leeks or any leafy vegetable you like! Just chop your greens into smaller pieces and saut é it all together with your juicy shrimp, crab meat, and aligue paste. When it’s all nicely cooked, Add your clams and some water. Let it all simmer until the clam shells open—remember to take out the shells that remain closed!

FETTUCINI MEATBALLS

It’s not a Pinoy Noche Buena without pasta! Instead of preparing a classic meaty spaghetti this year, let’s kick it up a notch! Try this rich and delectable Fettuccini Meatballs recipe that will make everyone’s forks swirl like crazy. Be ready for second rounds! *chef’s kiss*

Let’s start off with the meatballs! In a bowl, combine onions, garlic, ground pork, and PORKSAVOR® All-in-One Seasoning Mix. Mix well and form meatballs. You may use your hands but make sure that it’s all clean before digging in.

Start by mixing shrimp, crab meat, and tofu together—best to use a food processor for this! Transfer the mixture into another bowl. Add bell peppers, carrots, fish sauce, and of course, para mas malinamnam,  AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning!

Ready your lumpia wrappers! Scoop in just enough of the seafood mixture and place it on your wrapper. Add in a whole shrimp, then roll it up nicely and seal with water. CUCUMBER-PINEAPPLE SALAD

Add in some mayonnaise, and your cooled-down, sweet-sour dressing. Toss it all well until every bit is coated thoroughly.
