1 1/2 cups (375g) brown rice, uncooked
1 1/2 cups (375 ) water
1 Tbsp (15 l) cooking oil
1/2 cup (70g) zucchini, diced
1/2 cup (75g) mushroom, button,sliced
1/2 cup (80g) tomato, diced
1/4 cup (40g) carrot, diced
2 cups (140g) cabbage, shredded
2 Tbsp (7g) spring onion
1 pack (7g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
1 tsp (5ml) soy sauce
1 tsp (4g) cooking oil
2 pcs (120g) Egg

Brown rice is a highly nutritious food. It is a whole grain that is relatively low in calories high in fiber, gluten-free and can be incorporated into a variety of dishes.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
- STEAM. Combine brown rice and water and let it cook until done.
- FRY. In a hot pan, add oil and make a scrambled egg and set aside.
- STIR-FRY. In a hot wok/pan, add oil and stir fry zucchini, mushroom, tomato, carrot, and cabbage. Add in cooked rice and egg, mix well.
- SEASON. With soy sauce and AJI-GINISA®.
Makes 4 servings
Serving size: 1 cup (140g)
Cook every 1 cup of raw rice with 1.5 cups of water for better yield.
