Ingredients

1 kutsara (15 ml) Mantika
1/4 tasa (35 grams) Sibuyas, pino
1 kutsara (12 grams) Bawang, pino
1/2 tasa (65 grams) Kamatis, cubed
200 grams Baboy, giniling
500 grams Upo, sliced
1/4 tasa (50 ml) Tubig
2 kutsarita (10 ml) Patis
Ayon sa panlasa Paminta
1 pakete (7 grams) Aji-Ginisa® Flavor Seasoning Mix 

Preparation

Sapat sa 5-6 na tao (Matanda, Babae, edad 19-59 gulang)
Size per serving: 1 tasa (90 grams) ng Upo, 1/4 tasa (40 grams) baboy

Meal Serving Idea: 1 tasa ng kanin, 1 1/4 cup ng Ginisang Upo at 1 pisngi ng papaya

Paraan sa pagluluto:
1. Sa mainit na kawali, maglagay ng mantika at mag-gisa ng bawang, sibuyas, at kamatis. Idagdag ang baboy at ituloy ang pag-gisa hanggang maging light brown ang baboy.
2. Idagdag ang upo at tubig. Takpan ang kawali at hayaan itong kumulo hanggang maluto ang upo.
3. Timplahan ng patis, paminta, at Aji-Ginisa® Flavor Seasoning Mix. Ihain sa pamilya.  

Cooking Notes

Bukod sa giniling na baboy, maari rin gamitin ang sardinas bilang sahog sa ginisang upo.
