Makes: 5 servings


  1. MIX ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning. Mix well until well blended
  2. DIVIDE mixture into 5 equal size and form into balls and flatten into a burger patties. Chill for about 30 mins. Set aside
  3. HEAT butter in a sauce pan then add mushroom, all purpose flour, Porksavor®All-in-one Seasoning Mix, pepper and
    water and let it boil until thick.
  4. PAN FRY the burger patties until both sides are cooked.
  5. SERVE cooked patties with mushroom sauce and enjoy!
