Job Summary

HR Pay and Rewards Analyst focus on special projects such as but not limited to:

  • Employee Handbook.
  • Compensation and benefits analysis thru Mercer data and negotiation with third parties on outsourcing/improvement of benefits.
  • Good communication skill both written and oral.
  • Project management skill.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably graduate of Human Resources Management or any business-related courses.
  • Has experience in HR policy development.
  • Has initiative to be updated with HR related trends.
  • Has experience in Compensation and Benefits administration.
  • Negotiating HMO, insurance and retirement with external partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel.
