HR Specialist – Compensation and Benefits

Makati Area - Full time

Job Summary

The HR Specialist – Compensation and Benefits will handle compensation and benefits administration such as but not limited to :

  • Processing of company and government-mandated benefits and loan
  • Generally responsible for overseeing employees benefits
  • Manage Employees Government Mandated Benefits such as Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth and SSS.
  • Knowledgeable on updating the employees information in Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth and SSS.
  • Other benefits and compensation tasks as maybe assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably graduate of Human Resources Management or any business-related courses.
  • Has experience in Compensation and Benefits administration
  • Has experience in processing SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth benefits and remittances of contribution or loan payments.
  • Has initiative to be updated with HR related trends
  • Good analytical skill
  • Good time management skill
  • Good communication skill both written and oral.

Job Summary

HR Specialist – Compensation Analysis focuses on special projects such as but not limited to:

  • Compensation and benefits analysis thru Mercer data.
  • Negotiation with third parties on outsourcing/improvement of benefits.
  • Employee Handbook.
  • Negotiating HMO, insurance and retirement with external parties.
  • Compensation and Benefits administration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications

    • Graduate of Human Resources Management or any business-related courses.
    • Has work experience in the following :
    • – Accomplishment of Total Rewards Survey by Mercer– Development of salary structure based on market data (Mercer)– HR policy development.- Negotiation with external partners on HMO, insurance, and retirement.
    • Has the initiative to be updated with HR related trends.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Excel
    • Good written and oral communication skill.
    • Project management skill.
