Job Summary

Training and Development

  • Deliver group and individual instruction and training
  • Develop training curricula and recommend or utilize vendor programs
  • Formulate training outlines and determine instructional methods
  • Coordinate administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
  • Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs
  • Monitor post-training results and its impact on performance
  • Develop presentation materials and training aids

Employee Relations

  • Extend training and development in the conduct of Employee Relations activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Behavioral Sciences (Psychology / Human Resources Management / Philosophy / Development Studies)
  • Experience in Training or Organizational development or instructional design
  • At least 2 to 3 years of work experience
