HR Specialist – Compensation and Benefits

Makati Area - Full time

Job Summary

The HR Specialist – Compensation and Benefits will handle compensation and benefits administration such as but not limited to :

·         Processing of company and government-mandated benefits and loans

·         Managing government mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-Ibig and PhilHealth)

·         Support to other HR-related projects

Minimum Qualifications

·         Graduate of Human Resources Management or any business-related courses

·         Has at least a year of experience in compensation and benefits administration

·         Has at least a year of experience in processing SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth benefits and remittances of contribution/loan payments

·         Experience in establishing Employee Handbook and development of salary system is a plus

·         Good project management skill

·         Good analytical skill

·         Good communication skill (both written and oral)

·         Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Excel
