Job Summary

Provides support to the Marketing Department’s administrative functions:

  • Ensure orderly and accessible filing of department’s files;
  • Monitors the budget of each brand;
  • Provides direct support to the Department’s Head and Director;
  • Processes department’s invoices and provides timely reports of expenses;
  • In charge of department’s fixed asset management;

Minimum Qualifications

  • College graduate with a degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology Banking & Finance, Finance Management or any related courses;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office applications;
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written, including presentation skills;
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills;
  • Strong attention to details;
