Ingredients

1 kutsara (15 ml) Mantika
2 kutsarita (8 grams) Luya, sliced
2 kutsarita (8 grams) Bawang, pino
1/4 tasa (35 grams) Sibuyas, sliced
1/4 cup (50 ml) Tubig
1/2 tasa (125 ml) Suka
1 kutsarita (5 ml) Toyo
2 kutsarita (4 grams) Aji-Shio®  Pepper 
6 belly slices (350 grams) Bangus
1 tasa (100 grams) Ampalaya, sliced
1 1/2 tasa (120 grams) Talong, sliced

Preparation

Sapat para sa 3 na tao (Matanda, Babae, edad 19-59 gulang)
Size per serving: 2 slices (35 grams each) or 1 slice (70 grams)

Meal Serving Idea: 1 tasa ng kanin, 1 slice ng bangus (70 grams), 1 cup ng gulay at 1 slice ng papaya

Paraan ng Pagluluto:
1. Sa isang mainit na kawali, maglagay ng mantika at mag-gisa ng luya, bawang, at sibuyas.
2. Idagdag ang tubig, suka, toyo, Aji-Shio®  Pepper, bangus, ampalaya, at talong. Pakuluin hanggang maluto ang isda. 

Cooking Notes

Iwasang haluin ang suka hanggang hindi pa ito kumukulo upang hindi maging maasim ang suka.
