Ingredients

1 kutsara (15 ml) Mantika
1 kutsara (12 grams) Luya, sliced
1/4 tasa (35 grams) Sibuyas, sliced
1 kutsara (12 grams) Bawang, pino
4 tasa (1 Litro) Tubig
1 tasa (40 grams) Onion Leeks
500 grams Tilapia, sliced
2 kutsara (30 mL) Patis
1 kutsarita (3 grams) Paminta, buo
1 pakete (9 grams) Aji-no-moto® Umami Seasoning 
3 tasa (150 grams) Repolyo, sliced
6 tasa (310 grams) Pechay

Preparation

Sapat sa 10 tao (Matanda, Babae, edad 19-59 gulang)
Serving Size: 2 slices Tilapia (70 grams) o 1 slice (70 grams)

Meal Serving Idea: 1 tasa ng kanin, 1 mangkok ng pesang Tilapia na may 1 piraso ng Tilapia (70 grams) at gulay,  at 1 piraso ng saging

Procedure:
1. Sa isang mainit na kawali, maglagay ng mantika at mag-gisa ng luya, sibuyas, at bawang.
2. Idagdag ang tubig, onion leeks at ilagay ang Tilapia. Hinaan ng konti ang apoy upang maiwasan ang sobrang pagkulo. Takpan ang kawali at hayaang maluto ang Tilapia.
3. Timplahan ng patis, paminta at Aji-no-moto® Umami Seasoning.
3. Idagdag ang repolyo at pechay at pakuluin ng isang beses upang maluto ang gulay. 

Cooking Notes

Sa pagluluto ng Pesa, hayaan itong kumulo ng matagal sa banayad na apoy upang mapalabas ang linamnam ng isda.
