Ingredients

6 tablespoons (90 ml) Cooking oil
1 piece (100 grams) Red onion, sliced
5 teaspoon (25 grams) Garlic, minced
1 1/2 cup (300 grams) Chicken breast, strips, deboned
2 cups (350 grams) Carrot, strips
3 cups (450 grams) Cabbage, strips
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 pack (8 grams) CHICKENSAVOR™ All-in-One Seasoning Mix

Preparation

Total yield:  300g Chicken, 525g Vegetables
Size per serving: Soup: Soup: 250ml, Bangus: 70g, Vegetables: 100g

Meal Serving Idea: 1/4 cup chicken, 1 cup vegetable

PROCEDURE:

1. SAUTÉ. In a hot pan, pour oil and sauté onion and garlic.

2. STIR – FRY. Add chicken and stir – fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Add carrots and continue to stir – fry until half cooked. Add cabbage and stir – fry for 1 minute.

3. SEASON. with pepper and CHICKENSAVOR™ All – in – One Seasoning Mix.

4. SERVE. while hot

Complete Meal

1 cup rice, 1 serving Sautéed Chicken Breast and Vegetables and 1 piece ripe Mango.
