6 piraso Itlog, binati
1 1/2 tasa (195 grams) Kamatis, cubed
1/2 tasa (70 grams) Sibuyas, cubed
1/2 kutsarita Asin
pinch Paminta
1 pakete (12 grams) Aji-no-moto® Umami Seasoning 

Preparation

Sapat sa 4 na tao (Matanda, Babae, edad 19-59 gulang)
Size per serving: 1/2 cup (90 grams)               

Meal Serving Idea: 1 tasa ng kanin, 1/2 cup Scrambled Egg at 1 slice ng papaya

Paraan ng Pagluluto
1. Sa isang malaking mangkok, batihin ang itlog. Ihalo ang kamatis at sibuyas.
2. Timplahan ng asin, paminta, at Aji-no-moto® Umami Seasoning.
3. Sa isang mainit na kawali, maglagay ng mantika at lututin ang itlog.
