Ingredients

6 cups 1500ml Rice washing
1 cup 170g Kamias
1 cup 90g Tomato quartered
1 cup 170gRed onion,quartered
2 Tbsps 30ml Fish sauce
2 cups 420g Bangus
1/2 cup 55g String beans, cut into bite size
1/2 cup 5g Eggplant thick round slices
1/2 cup 50g Radish, thick round slices
1/4 cup 55g Okra,  cut into bite size
1 cup 75g Kangkong leaves
1  pack 11g AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
1pc 10g Green Chili

Preparation

Total yield:  Soup: 1500ml, Bangus: 420g, Vegetables: 600g
Size per serving: Soup: Soup: 250ml, Bangus: 70g, Vegetables: 100g

Meal Serving Idea: 1 cup,  Bangus: 1/4 cup  Vegetables: 1/2 cup

Paraan ng Pagluluto:

1. BOIL. In a pot, boil rice washing. Add kamias, tomatoes, onion, and fish sauce.

2. SIMMER. Add Bangus and simmer for 10 minutes.

3. ADD & SIMMER. Add String beans, eggplant, radish, okra, and kangkong leaves. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

4. SEASON. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning. Add Green Chili and mix well. Turn off the heat.5.

5. SERVE. Serve and enjoy.

Cooking Notes

Using of unripe kamias gives a more acidic/sour taste profile.
