Procedure

  1. WASH fish and drain
  2. COAT evenly with CRISPY FRY® (Fish).
  3. FRY in oil with a temperature of 175˚C – 185 ˚C until fish is cooked.

Size per serving: 5 slices thin strips (127.5 g)

Cooking Tip

Use a strainer or collander in draining excess oil after frying tilapia. This will allow the air to circulate to prevent soggy fried fish.
