2 Tbsp (30 grams) Onion, red, chopped
1 Tbsp (15 grams) Garlic, minced
1/4 cup (60 grams) Carrots, cubed
1/4 cup (50 grams) Bell Pepper, green, cubed
1/4 cup (65 ml) Tomato Sauce, Original style
9 cups (1440 grams) Rice, cooked
2 cups (500 grams) Corned Beef, canned
1 pack (8 grams) PORKSAVOR® All-in-one Seasoning Mix
1 cup (270 grams) Cheese, quickmelt, grated
3 tbsp (45 ml) Oil, cooking
2 tsp (10 grams) Pepper, black, ground

- SAUTÉ onion, garlic, carrots, and green bell pepper.
- ADD corned beef. Cook for 2 minutes.
- POUR tomato sauce. Season with PORKSAVOR® . Cook until done, set aside.
- MIX rice, corned beef and grated cheese. Assemble filling and seal tortilla wrapper.
