Job Summary

  • Provide general legal advice and support mostly related to:

(a) General labor and employment matters,

(b) Food manufacturing and sales regulations,

(c) Contract drafting, review and negotiation, and other business related concerns.

  • Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular training for the company regarding compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Member of the Philippine bar in good standing and licensed to practice law in the Philippines.
  • 3 to 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, with working knowledge on DOLE, FDA, and SEC rules and regulations.

Job Summary

  • Ensures that new application systems are implemented smoothly through project and requirements management
