Ingredients

3/4 cup Ampalaya, small variant, sliced
3/4 cup Eggplant, small variant, sliced
3/4 cup Squash, sliced into cubes
3/4 cup Okra, sliced
3/4 cup Sitaw, cut into 1 inch length
1 tablespoon Bagoong isda
1 liter Water
2 packs (7g each pack) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
1 cup Dahon ng saluyot
1 cup Alugbati leaves
Left-over fried or grilled fish (optional)

Procedure

  1. COMBINE. In a casserole combine ampalaya, eggplant, squash, okra, sitaw, bagoong isda and water and bring to a boil.
  2. SIMMER. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. SEASON. Season with AJI-GINISA® .
  4. SIMMER. Add dahon ng saluyot, alugbati and fried fish. Simmer for another minute and serve while hot.
