1 kutsara (15 ml) Mantika
200 grams Liempo, sliced
1/4 tasa (35 grams) Sibuyas, pino
1 kutsara (12 grams) Bawang, pino
1/2 cup (65 grams) Kamatis, cubed
2.5 tasa (750 ml) Tubig
250 grams Miki
2 kutsarita (10 ml) Toyo
Ayon sa panlasa Paminta
1 pakete (7 grams) Aji-Ginisa® Flavor Seasoning Mix 
4 cups (360 grams) Kalabasa, sliced

Preparation

Sapat sa 4 na tao (Matanda, Babae, edad 19-59 gulang)
Serving Size: 1 tasa (75 grams) noodles

Meal Serving Idea: 1 tasa ng Ginisang Miki at Kalabasa, 2 piraso ng Sliced Bread,  at 1 piraso ng saging

Paraan ng Pagluluto:
1. Isa isang mainit na kawali, maglagay ng mantika at igisa ang baboy, sibuyas, bawang at kamatis. Lagyan ng tubig at hayaan itong kumulo. Ilagay ang miki.
2. Timplahan ng toyo, paminta at Aji-Ginisa® Flavor Seasoning Mix.
3. Idagdag ang kalabasa, pakuluin hanggang maluto.
