1/2 cup (112 grams) Red Chili Paste ( ideally Korean Chili Paste)
1/2 cup (120 ml) Pineapple juice
1/4 cup (51 ml) Honey
1/4 cup (52 ml) Sesame Oil
1 1/2 teaspoons (6 grams) Ginger ,minced
2 cloves (5 grams) Garlic ,minced
1/4 cup (60 ml) Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon (15 ml) Honey
1 tablespoon (15 ml) Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon (3 grams) Sesame Seeds
2 tablespoons (40 grams) Red Chili Paste ( ideally Korean Chili Paste)
2 tablespoons (20 grams) Onion Leeks , thinly sliced

4 cups (795 grams) Bacon
1 1/2 cups (377 grams) Pork belly strips, thinly sliced

Fresh pork belly offers not only high-quality protein from the lean cuts but also substantial micronutrients including fat-soluble vitamins and minerals.
However, Pork belly is high in fat and calories, so make it as a special-occasion dish and avoid putting it on your menu on a regular basis.
Preparation and Cooking time: 1 hour
For the Dipping Sauces:
- COMBINE red chili paste, pineapple juice, honey, sesame oil, ginger and garlic ,blend well then set aside. On a separate bowl mix in soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sesame seeds and red chili paste then add onion leeks and set aside.
- PREPARE pork belly by rubbing one pack of AJI-NO-MOTO® on each meat strips.
- HEAT grill pan on medium-high heat or prepare an outdoor grill. Cook the pork until grill marks appear, about 3 minutes per side.
- CREATE lettuce cup, spoon some kimchi at the center of a lettuce leaf, top with a few pieces of pork, some chiles sauce, beansprout then sprinkle with onion and fold.

Serving size: ¼ cup (49g) Red sauce, 2 Tbsps (21g) Sesame Sauce, 1 cup (56 grams) Lettuce, ½ c up (113g) Bacon, ½ cup (53g) Pork Belly, ¼ cup (12g) Beansprout, ½ Tbsp (8.5g) Onion, ¼ cup (22g) Kimchi
Fry Pork Belly on one side until well browned about 3 minutes, then turn and fry for another 2 minutes, same thing with bacon strips in order to achieve ideal crsipiness of the meat.
Choose pork belly instead of pure lean meat so that you don’t need to add oil when cooking your meat. Pork Belly’s fats also enhance the taste of the dish.
