COOKMUNITY® came up with “Imbento Meals” to feature a new set of quick bites that are healthy and delicious to ease hunger pangs especially if your family is busy with school or office work at home. These quick bites are likewise easy to prepare within minutes and can make 9 servings.
Cheesy Corn Fritters are savory fried cakes. To make this dish, combine and mix these dry ingredients i.e. corn, oatmeal, all-purpose flour, shredded mozzarella with beaten egg in a bowl. Add 1 pack of AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning to bring out the wonderful flavors of these ingredients.
Get 2 tablespoons of the mixture and form into a patty that is 2-3 inches in diameter. Pan fry each patty over medium-high heat. Flip the patty after a minute when edges begin to brown. This dish is a great snack idea because yellow corn is not only tasty but rich in beta-carotene for healthy eyesight.
These deliciously-cooked, golden balls are made using common ingredients but made more special and well-seasoned with CRISPY FRY® Seasoned Crumbs.
