Ajinomoto® Brand Ginisa Flavor Seasoning Mix Less Sodium

Category:

AJI-GINISA® Less Sodium is a flavoring seasoning mix that provides the same deliciousness as the AJIGINISA® Regular, but with reduced salt content!

By adjusting the composition of the ingredients used in the recipe and evaluating the taste, we were able to reduce the amount of salt while maintaining the well-loved meaty and gisa taste.

In fact, although the salt content was reduced in the AJI-GINISA® Reduced Salt (proto) recipe, it was confirmed that it was as delicious as the AJI-GINISA® Regular (current) recipe.
