AJINOMOTO® Gyoza (Chicken and Pork)


Authentic Japanese-style dumpling, rich taste and flavor of mixed chicken and pork, vegetables (cabbage, onion, garlic chives), moderate spices and seasonings. It is suitable for variety of menu application by several cooking instructions.

Cooking Instructions

Pan Fry *For best results cook from frozen.

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over high heat and fry frozen Gyoza for 1 minute.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of water (60ml) into the pan and cover.
  3. Boil for 4 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Remove the cover and boil for an additional 1 minute or until the water has evaporated.
Deep Frying         Deep fry frozen Gyoza at 170°C to 180°C (338°F to 356°F) for about 3 minutes.
Boiling Boil frozen Gyoza for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds in boiling water.
