Ajinomoto GYOZA, Japanese-Style Pork & Chicken Dumpling


The Ajinomoto GYOZA is a ready-to-cook frozen Japanese dumpling with rich taste and flavor of mixed pork and chicken, vegetables (cabbage, onion, garlic chives), moderate spices, and seasonings. It is suitable for a variety of menu applications and several cooking instructions.

Cooking Instructions

Pan Fry
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over high heat and fry frozen gyoza for  1 minute.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of water (60ml) into the pan and cover.
  3. Boil for 4 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Remove the cover and boil for an additional 1 minute or until the water has evaporated.
Deep Fry         Deep fry frozen gyoza at 170°C to 180°C (338°F to 356°) for about 3 minutes.
Boil Boil frozen gyoza for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds in boiling water.
