Sarsaya Oyster Sauce® is a delicious blend of real oyster extract and spices. It makes stir – fried dishes extra special anytime adding a rich oyster flavor to the dish. It has a nice blend of savory-sweet, and salty taste and provides a very appealing brown texture to your food.

Halal Information: Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce, product of Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation is not Halal-certified. Although not Halal certified, the manufacturing, packaging and storage of product are in accordance with the current Good Manufacturing Practices (FDA A.O 153 s. 2004).
Shelf Life: The product shelf life of 8 months for 1 Gal and 1 year for 405g when stored in a clean, cool, and dry area.

Product Usage/ Dosage: For stir fry: Use 1 cup per kg of meat.

For noodles: Use 1 cup per kg of noodle.
